The Port of Yarmouth is located on the south western tip of Nova Scotia, Canada . It is the first secure port of destination from the US Eastern Seaboard and one of the four ports of entry to Nova Scotia for international vessels.

It is conveniently located in close proximity ( view map) to the Yarmouth Regional Hospital, the Yarmouth Airport , and the main Provincial highways leading to Halifax.

The Port of Yarmouth is a major hub of the fishing industry in south west Nova Scotia, which has Canada’s most productive fishing grounds; in fact, it has the largest lobster fishing grounds in the world.
